Mercer Labs Museum of Art and Technology spans 36,000 square feet and features 15 immersive installations combining light, sound, and interaction. Opened in 2024, it’s one of NYC’s newest and most ambitious immersive art destinations. There are a handful of people in the TouchDesigner community have worked on Mercer Lab, including Volvax Labs and Function Store.

ARTECHOUSE NYC

Located beneath Chelsea Market in a converted century-old boiler room, ARTECHOUSE NYC merges technology and art to create multi-sensory digital exhibitions. It’s known for its large-scale projections and interactive installations that invite visitors into vibrant, futuristic worlds.
